Our team members are our greatest resource, and we cultivate a supportive, safe, and fun environment at Arbor. We host biannual company retreats, organize monthly group outings, provide reimbursement for various methods of commuting, cater weekly team lunches, and provide comprehensive maternity and paternity leave policies, among other offerings. We also curate a series of monthly presentations called Arborize, designed to give our team members a chance to learn about the wide-ranging projects happening at Arbor.

Our hiring process begins with a brief phone call so that we can learn more about your background and goals, as well as share more details with you about Arbor. The next step involves a visit to Arbor HQ in Cambridge to meet the team and visit our lab. We might also ask you to work alongside us in a variety of ways. For computational roles, potential employees might tackle a coding challenge. Research associates may undergo a lab practical. And candidates for more senior roles may have in-depth conversations with our leadership team or prepare a presentation for the Arbor community.
